Molson Coors – G-150 at Copper Kettle – Contractor Quality Control for JKS Industries, March – June 2021, Golden, Colorado
Best Engineering was retained as a contractor for quality control for JKS Industries who performed the earthwork for the project. The project generally consisted of removal of existing ponds and undocumented fill materials, and replacement of about 12 vertical feet of material. The proposed construction is an additional fermenting cellar for Molson Coors in Golden, Colorado. Molson Coors’ modernization of its Golden, CO., brewery will have positive sustainability impacts, including lower energy and water consumption. Started in 2020, the project is named G150 in honor of the 150th anniversary of the brewery’s founding.
